At Volume, we work with trusted logistics partners to ensure your handcrafted bags reach you safely and on time, wherever you are in India.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We offer free shipping pan India on all orders placed through our official website.
  • All orders are shipped via reputed courier services such as Shiprocket or Indian Speed Post—depending on your location and service availability.
  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via email or message.

Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days from our studio.
  • Once shipped, delivery can take 3–10 working days depending on your location.
  • Please note: delivery timelines may vary during public holidays, festivals, sale periods, or due to unforeseen logistical delays.

Bulk, Personal & Corporate Order

  • Shipping charges for bulk, corporate, or personalized orders (such as gifting orders with logos or customizations) will be as per actuals and communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • Free shipping does not apply to bulk or customized orders.

Additional Shipping Notes

  • Currently, we do not support split or multiple shipping addresses in a single order. Please place separate orders if you need delivery to multiple addresses.
  • In case your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately based on availability. You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
  • We do not currently offer an in-store pickup facility.
  • We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Cancellations & Out-of-Stock Items

  • We try our best to keep stock updated. However, if an item goes out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you at the earliest and issue a full refund or offer an alternative.
  • Orders may be cancelled in rare cases of incorrect product listings or suspected fraudulent transactions.
