Returns & Exchange Policy
At Volume, every piece is crafted with care and intention. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help you make it right.
Exchange Eligibility
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery on products that:
- Are purchased directly from our website, or official social media platforms.
- Are unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Come with proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).
Note:
- Products purchased via third-party retailers or online marketplaces are not eligible for exchange.
- Complimentary products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products that are custom-made or personalized — including those featuring engravings or company logos — are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at [email protected] with your exchange request and order details.
- Once approved, ship the item to: 813, Sakar 5, Near Mithakhali Railway Underpass, Off Ashram Road, Ahmedabad, 380009, Gujarat, India
- We’ll inspect the returned item upon arrival. If it meets our criteria, we’ll process the exchange and update you via email.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds at this time. We encourage you to choose exchange wherever applicable
Shipping for Exchanges
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For items above ₹1000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or adding shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
